Abstract:Introduction: Etrolizumab is a novel, dual-action, anti-b7 integrin antibody in development for patients with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease. Phase 3 studies use a prefilled syringe (PFS) for etrolizumab administration.
