Abstract:Course-Grained Recongurable Architectures (CGRAs) are programmable hardware devices containing coarse-grained processing elements that can perform ALU-like functions and having word-wide programmable interconnect. CGRAs are promising platforms for the implementation of domain-specific accelerators. In this thesis, we present a framework for building hybrid processor/accelerator systems to realize compute-kernel acceleration. Each system comprises a RISC-V processor and a CGRA. The proposed framework can generat… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
