An Optimization Algorithm to Build Low Congestion Multi-Ring Topology for Optical Network-on-Chip

Abstract: SUMMARYRing-based topology is popular for optical network-onchip. However, the network congestion is serious for ring topology, especially when optical circuit-switching is employed.
