An ordered array based on vapor-processed phthalocyanine nanoribbons

Abstract: Highly ordered CuPc/F16CuPc nanoribbon arrays have been formed via an in situ vapor growth method and a pushing transfer method from vapor-grown bundle-like nanoribbons.
