Abstract:Purpose: Despite being an age old practice, there is ongoing research and development to improve the procedure in order to enhance its safety, efficacy and client satisfaction. The Guillotine technique, which is one of the most common methods, has been criticised for possible glans injuries and nonpleasing cosmetic results especially when an inexperienced person tries it out.
