“…For UV−vis measurements, the free DOX, DOX-1, and DOX-3 NP solutions were placed in a dialysis bag (MWCO 6000−8000 Da) and dialyzed against acetate buffer (pH = 5.0), PBS (pH = 7.4) and 10% FBS-containing DMEM at a temperature of (37 ± 0.5) °C.
