Abstract:This paper presents the design of a single‐layer, double‐sided frequency selective surface (FSS) with bandpass characteristics at the S‐band (2.45 GHz) and C band (5.8 GHz) for sub‐6‐GHz Industrial Scientific and Medical (ISM) bands. The proposed FSS is based on the concept of complementary FSS that produces additional resonant modes.
