Abstract: Lyme’s carditis and neuroborreliosis are common manifestation of disseminated Lyme disease. However, third-degree atrioventricular blocks with Lyme’s carditis requiring permanent pacemaker with neuroborreliosis and Lyme’s disease-associated immunodeficiency are uncommon.
