Abstract:Miller Fisher syndrome (MFS) is an immune mediated neuropathy commonly triggered by an infection. It is considered as a variant of Guillain-Barre syndrome. Although bilateral ophthalmoplegia is the commonest ocular involvement in MFS, there are reported cases of unilateral ophthalmoplegia.
