Abstract:Background: Lupus podocytopathy (LP) is a non-immune complex-mediated glomerular lesion in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), characterized by the diffuse effacement of podocyte processes without immune complex deposition or with only mesangial immune complex deposition.
