“…The additional possibility that MGA entrapped the normal components of the bronchial wall, including cartilage, fat, and smooth muscle was unlikely because the growth of MGA was limited to the bronchial wall without involving the bronchial cartilage, and the amount of mesenchymal components was large considering the normal lung tissue.
