An Unusual Case of Shoulder Pain

Abstract: Shoulder pain is a common musculoskeletal ailment. The process of determining the etiology of shoulder pain can be difficult. The differential diagnoses include: both intracapsular and extracapsular lesions; and neurologic, vascular, postural, and visceral causes.
