An Unusual Cause of Bilateral Pneumothoraces

Abstract: Pulmonary strongyloidiasis is an unusual manifestation of Strongyloides stercoralis infection typically seen in the immunocompromised patients. We report a case of Strongyloides hyperinfection in a patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) who presented with bilateral pneumothoraces and pneumomediastinum.
