An Unusual Granular Ulcer Secondary Oral Tuberculosis of Vestibule Mandibular Mucosa

Abstract: Tuberculosis (TB) is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. In the oral cavity, clinical manifestations are considered atypical lesions.
