An unusual neurological manifestation of granulomatosis with polyangiitis: A case report and literature review

Abstract: Ischemic stroke is an incredibly rare manifestation of granulomatosis with polyangiitis. It is important for the clinician to be aware of this unusual complication so that efforts can be made to reduce the risk of this event.
