Abstract: Stiripentol (Diacomit ® ) (STP) is an orally active antiseizure medication (ASM) indicated as adjunctive therapy, for the treatment of seizures associated with Dravet syndrome (DS), a severe form of childhood epilepsy, in conjunction with clobazam and, in some regions valproic acid.
