Abstract: IntroductionHigh sustained anti-rhGAA antibody titers (HSAT; ≥12,800) are directly linked to reduced efficacy of enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) and subsequent clinical deterioration in infantile-onset Pompe disease (IOPD).
