Abstract:Low‐voltage‐gated calcium channels (LVGCCs; Cav3.1‐3.3) represent promising drug targets for epilepsy, pain, and essential tremor. At present, modulators with heightened selectivity for a subtype of LVGCCs are still highly desired.
