The studies carried out on hotel prices focus mainly on the external factors that determine the price, the consequences of the price on the hotel customers' purchase intentions, and also on the association between the price charged and certain hotel features, such as category, location, and the quality of the facilities (Chen and Rothschild, 2010;Espinet et al, 2012;Tse and Poon, 2012;Limberger et al, 2014;Borges et al, 2015;Guillet and Mohammed, 2015;Wang et al, 2015;Haddad et al, 2015). It is thus found a lack of knowledge about the influence of the hotel's internal operating conditions on the determination of the price charged, which justifies conducting further research on the association between other hotel features not yet studied, the performance evaluation tools used, and the price charged.…”
