Análise De Viabilidade Do Mercado: Implantação De Uma Fábrica De Laticínios Em Moçambique

Abstract

O presente artigo procura responder sobre a viabilidade mercadológica de implantar uma fábrica de laticínios em Moçambique – África. Com onze províncias, superfície de 801.590 Km², 29 milhões de habitantes, o país não possui laticínios relevantes e depende da importação de produtos essenciais à nutrição, como os derivados do leite. A pesquisa contou com procedimentos de amostragem não probabilística junto às pessoas das classes A, B e C das três principais cidades do país, Maputo, Beira e Nampula. Assim, apresentam-se resultados relativos à percepção ao preço do litro, hábito de compra, padrão de compra, tipo e principais substitutos utilizados do leite longa vida e, hábitos de compra dos demais derivados, iogurte, queijo e manteiga. Por fim, exibe-se uma projeção de demanda agregada para os anos de 2018, 2019 e 2020 dos produtos. Na conclusão, aprova-se a viabilidade mercadológica do negócio, pela confirmação da demanda em quantidades substanciais dos produtos.
