Análise Do Potencial Biocatalítico De Lipase De Candida Rugosa Imobilizada Em Diferentes Suportes

Abstract: Neste trabalho é avaliado o potencial biocatalítico da lipase de Candida rugosa (LCR) imobilizada em diferentes suportes: carvão ativado, gesso comercial e sílica gel, visando a produção de biodiesel. O método de imobilização por adsorção foi utilizado na imobilização da LCR nos suportes.
