Análise Termodinâmica De Uma Bomba De Calor Reversível Para a Climatização De Um Veículo Elétrico

Abstract

The rising interest in the ambiental impact related to anthropic actions has led to research and project of more sustainable and energetically efficient systems and processes, including the transport sector. Therefore, the present work aims to bring a thermodynamic analysis of a climate control system for an electric vehicle, a heat pump which is the main auxiliary system of the automobile.The equipment, able to run on both heating and cooling modes, was comprised of available commercial components besides working with a refrigerant low global warming potential. The heating and cooling loads were calculated with experimental data. Ultimately, heat pump thermodynamics parameters were analyzed and calculated. The results shown agree with the ones expected in the literature, and the heat pump proved to be feasible from a thermodynamic point of view, due to its coefficient of performance (COP), which are 4,34 and 4,10 for heating and cooling modes, respectively, being lower than their related Carnot COP, 6,16 and 6,29, respectively.
