Learning that uses local content in various fields and considers the help of technology has become the best choice lately. However, more information in the literature still needs to be available to explain the trends and application of local content used in learning. This bibliometric study specifically presents research trends in ethnomathematics that help ICT in learning. 128 of 278 data were deemed appropriate and identified from online databases using the perish or parish (PoP) application. The analysis results show that research related to ethnomathematics is progressing by involving the use of ICT media, identification of regional culture and traditional houses, and community activities linked to technology. However, only some have considered sophisticated media, such as augmented reality. The effectiveness of ethnomathematics is also associated with various mathematical abilities, but there is still little research on meta-cognition. This gap is a gap to be filled in further research.

The trend of using immersive technology with augmented reality as a didactic tool has enriched the learning process with various superior content. Previous studies have explored the aggregate effect of using augmented reality in education, but few have analyzed the comparative effectiveness of studies between countries as a categorical variable. Filling the previous gap, this work makes it possible to find the aggregate effect of the application of augmented reality by comparing study results between countries as a categorical variable. This work examined 52 independent comparisons for a total of 2,056 subjects. The analysis results assisted by CMA software showed that integrating immersive augmented reality technology in learning was associated with a positive and moderate effect ( g = 0.71, p < 0.005) compared to other learning conditions. This impact is consistent and robust across primary studies. These results add empirical validity regarding the effectiveness of immersive technology, as it is necessary to understand the study in the context of future didactic development of Augmented Reality.

The development of technology in the 5.0 era, it is possible for students to use technology-based learning media. Such as interactive learning media that combines video, animation and audio so that it allows users to interact and understand the material. and increase learning that is more interesting and interactive. This research aims to determine the number of developments in research publications from 2017-2023 on Google Scholar, the level of researcher productivity, and a map of research developments. The method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach using bibliometric analysis for publication mapping with the help of VOSviewer. Data collection techniques use the Publish or Perish application. The research results show that the development of publications in 2017-2023 with the highest G oogle Scholar searches in 2023 was 57 publications with a percentage of 32.57%. The most productive authors in research are Supriadi, N., Sunaryo, S., Umbara, U., Yusuf, D., and Risdianto, E., with a total of 3 journal/article publications. The development map based on keywords produces 7 clusters. Meanwhile, the development map of research publications based on authors produces 156 clusters.
