Abstract: In the present study we analyzed the dynamics and stability in production of butanol by fermentation on a continuous bioreactor. The dynamic response of the system is studied as an evaluation criterion selecting the concentration of butanol obtained and using a kinetic model statistically validated, which describe the continuous cultures oscillatory behavior taking into account the influence of pH, inhibition by products and influencing parameters in the system.
