Análisis de un sistema de recuperación de sólidos y grasas en el agua de bombeo de una planta de harina y aceite de pescado

Abstract

An algorithm was raised that allowed to determine the performance of the mitigation system implemented in a plant for the elaboration of fishmeal and fish oil with the aim of treating the pumping water that is poured to the receiving body (sea), the same that causes deterioration to the Ecosystem. The mitigation system consists mainly of two equipment: the rotary sieve (trommel) and the flotation Cell. Its functions are to recover the suspended solids and the oil that the pumping water possesses and thus mitigate this industrial effluent. The analysis was carried out evaluating the information obtained by experimental of the chemical compositions of the effluents of the system and using as tools of analysis the descriptive statistic and the application of the principle of conservation of the Matter. The results obtained were as follows: particles recovered in the rotary sieve 0.0682 tm/ tm, recovered foam in the flotation cell 0.0718 tm/tm, pumped water treated and sent to the emitter 0.54 Tm/tm. The efficiency of the treatment was: efficiency in the recovery of total solids 29.44% and the efficiency in the recovery of the oil 57.02%.
