Analisis Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Manfaat yang Dirasakan Pengguna e-Sapawarga Pemerintah Kota Surabaya Menggunakan ISSM

Abstract

E-Sapawarga is one of e-government innovation still not widely known by citizen in SurabayaThis research is conducted to find out factors affecting the benefit of e-Sapawarga from the user's point of view. This research adopted Information Systems Success Model (ISSM) because of several variables are able to measure the benefit of system focuses on e-gov service process to the citizen (G2C). This research uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) as well to measure the varibales based on data collection to 51 users representing the population of e-Sapawarga users at that time. The outcome of this research indicates that factors affecting the benefit of e-Sapawarga is System Quality to User Satisfaction, and Use to Perceived Net Benefit. This research provides recommendations given to Dinkominfo (especially to Media Center) able to be used for the improvement and sustainability of e-Sapawarga.
