Analisis Kadar Vitamin C Wedang Jeruk Nipis (Citrus Aurantifolia) Berdasarkan Variasi Suhu Menggunakan Metode Spektrofotometri Uv – Vis

Abstract: Vitamin C merupakan salah satu vitamin yang mudah larut dalam air.dan mudah mengalami kerusakan oleh reaksi oksidasi. Suhu sangat berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kadar vitamin C. Salah satu  buah yang mengandung vitamin C yaitu buah jeruk nipis.
