Analisis Kebijakan Pemulihan Eknomi Sektor UMKM Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Pangkalpinang

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic, which has hit the world for two years, has had an impact on the sustainability of economic activity, especially for the MSME sector in Indonesia. As a result, many MSME actors experience very complex problems. The purpose of this research is to identify problems caused by the Covid-19 pandemic in the MSME sector and develop a recovery strategy. The method used in this study is the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method by conducting in-depth calculations through Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices. Based on the IFE value and EFE value, it shows that the impact caused by the Pandemic on the MSME sector with the policies implemented by the Pangkalpinang City government in an effort to recover the MSME sector, has not yet had an optimal impact due to the decline in production and distribution during the Covid-19 Pandemic, which has not improved. However, this policy is already in a positive direction because these conditions can slowly improve, because there are relevant relaxation programs such as funding assistance, MSME product festival programs and others. Based on the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis, it shows that the main strategy that must be developed more intensively by the Pangkalpinang City government is by encouraging product promotion using such as building a market place platform, strengthening branding and providing access to capital for MSMEs in Pangkalpinang City.
