The increase in the number of culinary businesses is an opportunity for business people. The business in the culinary field that is booming today is Mentai Rice Terjenak which is located in Bekasi. The business, which has been running for a period of 3 months, has the possibility of bankruptcy and not operating. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of a business that has been running. The research uses qualitative design to review technical, management, environmental and market perspectives. While quantitative design to review finances. The research procedure begins with a descriptive study of qualitative design, then determines the parameters of business feasibility using finance, covering NPV, IRR, PB and Net B / C. The role of assets will support the business to run by increasing the number of workers who have professionalism and are flexible, business activities also require consideration of the disposal of residual waste so as not to disturb the balance of the environment and the financial value has been deserved. The conclusions of the study are to increase the amount of resources, protect the environment of production waste, the financial value is already feasible. Business can be run by considering innovations and products that have high selling valuePeningkatan jumlah bisnis kuliner menjadi peluang tersendiri bagi pelaku bisnis. Bisnis di bidang kuliner yang sedang booming saat ini adalah Mentai Rice Terjenak yang terletak di Bekasi. Bisnis yang sudah berjalan dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan ini, memiliki kemungkinan mengalami kebangkrutan dan tidak beroperasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan kelayakan bisnis yang telah berjalan. Penelitian menggunakan desain kualitatif untuk mengulas perspektif teknis, manajemen, lingkungan dan pasar. Sedangkan desain kuantitatif untuk mengulas finansial. Prosedur penelitian diawali dengan studi deskriptif dari desain kualitatif, kemudian menentukan parameter kelayakan bisnis menggunakan finansial, mencangkup NPV, IRR, PB dan Net B/C. Peran aset akan menunjang bisnis berjalan dengan meningkatkan jumlah tenaga kerja yang memiliki profesionalitas dan terlatif, aktivitas bisnis juga memerlukan pertimbangan pembuangan limbah sisa agar tidak mengganggu keseimbangan lingkungan dan nilai finansial telah layak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yaitu meningkatkan jumlah sumber daya, melindungi lingkungan limbah produksi, nilai finansial sudah layak. Bisnis dapat dijalankan dengan mempertimbangkan inovasi dan produk yang bernilai jual tinggi.

This community service activity in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Affairs is carried out to provide knowledge about coffee, knowledge about baristas, coffee brewing practices and how to start a new business. The method of this service activity uses counseling, training and socialization. Participants in this training are families of beneficiaries of Kampung Bedeng Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta who have been registered with the Ministry of Social Affairs. The number of beneficiary families in the training activity was 24 people which was held on 3-4 December 2021. In order for 24 beneficiary families of Kampung Bedeng Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta to start a coffee shop business, they must know Barista, the practice of brewing coffee with french press, pour over , aeropress and siphon. Then from how to start a business, you must dare to take risks, know the production process and know how to plan a good and promising business.

Coffee as one of the most traded agricultural commodities in the world increases its need over time, including the supply of coffee from Indonesia. Indonesia, as the seventh largest country in the world in terms of coffee exporters, demands its coffee plantations to improve their quality and productivity even with limited land. One coffee-producing area in Indonesia with the highest productivity in West Java is Pangalengan District in Bandung Regency. Coffee in Pangalengan is grown with an agroforestry system that benefits not only its economic value but also the land conservation in that area. By facing various challenges, agroforestry coffee in Pangalengan must be maintained to remain sustainable. This research aims to find out what factors influence the sustainability of agroforestry coffee in Pangalengan from the perspective of coffee farmers as the main actors in the upstream coffee supply chain. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews by sampling 70 coffee farmers in Pangalengan and analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. From the results of the study, it was found that 24 factors influence the sustainability of agroforestry coffee plantations in Pangalengan which are divided into five sustainability dimensions: Environment (3 factors), Social (4 factors), Economy (5 factors), Technology (6 factors) and Institutional Governance (6 factors).
