Pabrik mini yang dioperasikan oleh PT Aneka Laba Jaya Utama (AULAJU) merupakan pabrik mini satu-satunya yang ada di Provinsi Lampung. Akan tetapi kegiatan usaha yang berlangsung saat ini terasa “jalan ditempat” bahkan produksi coklat telah berhenti hampir 1 tahun lamanya. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan studi kelayakan finansial sebagai dasar perencanaan bagi pengembangan usaha produksi aneka coklat PT AULAJU. Penelitian dilakukan di Perseroda PT AULJU, Kabupaten Pesawaran, Provinsi Lampung. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni pengujian terhadap kriteria investasi, yaitu Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Gross Benefit Cost Ratio (Gross B/C), dan payback period (PP). Strategi pengembangan usaha dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan PT. AULAJU dinyatakan memenuhi kriteria layak untuk dijalankan dan dikembangkan karena NPV=27 Milyar >0 (positif), IRR=86%>suku bunga Bank BRI 12%, Net B/C=1,01>1, Gross B/C=2,01>1, dan PP=1,44 (Payback Period< waktu maksimum/umur ekonomis investasi (10 tahun). Disisi lain, PT AULAJU harus melakukan pembenahan dalam rangka pengembangan usahanya. Tiga strategi prioritas utama yakni 1) Perbaikan dan peremajaan mesin dan peralatan pabrik yang telah rusak atau tidak terpakai lagi, 2) Optimalisasi pengurusan izin produksi BPOM dan Halal dsb, 3) Perbaikan manajemen pengelolaan BUMD (bussines oriented). The problem of small entrepreneurs lies in the drying of cassava chips. Incomplete drying causes the color to become black, the taste and aroma to be less than perfect. The drying technique used was sunlight, because during the rainy season the production cannot be continued with limited stock and increased number of orders, while stock is limited and orders increase. This program is directed to an apprenticeship with the aim to make oven in the future. Another problem is the need to expand. Therefore, training on making mocaf noodles was held because the market for noodles was high. The market will be wider through product/derivative diversification, which has implications for increasing people’s income and welfare. Another activity is involving participants in online marketing training. The purpose of PKM is to increase and maintain production continuity and increase profits through the creation of derivative products. The target audience were people who are already engaged in the mocaf business, small culinary entrepreneurs. The training methods involved tutorials and technical training based on Islamic values. Based on the results of the apprenticeship, small equipment can be easily made; however, the larger ones were not completed due to the shortage of funds. The manufacturing and marketing of noodles have been occupied by a number of small culinary entrepreneurs, and sold to meatball traders and consumers who were customers initially. Abstract. The problem for small businesses of mocaf-based products is drying. Thus, a dryer is needed which will be attempted through an apprenticeship program. Another problem is the need to expand the type of business. Through the diversification of cassava products, it produces mocaf noodles which can be sold at higher prices, thereby increasing income and improving people's welfare. The aim of PkM is to increase and maintain production continuity, as well as increase profits through the creation of derivative products. The target audience is people who are already engaged in the mocaf flour business and small culinary entrepreneurs. The training method is in the form of tutorials and technical training by integrating Islamic values into it. Based on the results of the apprenticeship, small ovens can be made by themselves. However, the production of large ovens cannot be completed considering there is still a shortage of funds. The manufacture and marketing of noodles have been occupied by several small culinary entrepreneurs and sold to meatball traders, as well as sold to consumers who have been customers before. The conclusion is that in order to increase mocaf flour production, it is necessary to make a good drying oven. The PkM team was able to build only 75% of the drying ovens, so more assistance and funding was needed. From the perspective of increasing mocaf-derived products, mocaf noodles are a profitable option, and giving rise to many new entrepreneurs.
