The purpose of this research is to measure the success of the Student Activities Performance System (SAPS) using the Delone and Mclean model at the Faculty of Medicine, Baiturrahmah University. This model has been implemented and utilized since 2017, but the measurement and the effectiveness of this model have not been measured yet. The research method used in this study was quantitative. The data gained were analyzed using the structural equation model (SEM). This study showed the relationship of the system quality, the information quality, the service quality, user satisfaction, users, and net benefits. The results of this study proved that there are seven accepted hypotheses and five rejected hypotheses for direct influence

Aplikasi Gojek adalah aplikasi navigasi yang didorong oleh komunitas yang memberikan pembaruan lalu lintas dan kondisi jalan secara real-time. Aplikasi ini menawarkan petunjuk arah berkendara berdasarkan pembaruan lalu lintas langsung dari sesama pengemudi. Namun, pada aplikasi Gojek masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan kepada kepuasan pengguna dalam memberikan informasi seperti, penunjuk arah yang kurang tepat, pemilihan rute yang kurang efisien, serta hal lain yang akan diulas dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kepuasan pelanggan pada Gojek dengan menggunakan DeLone & McLean sebagai bentuk pengukuran kinerja terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dari kegunaan Gojek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode DeLone & McLean di mana menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif yang melibatkan 93 responden terdiri dari mahasiswa UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur dengan program studi Sistem Informasi melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan pada Gojek terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menggunakan SmartPLS dapat diketahui bahwa sebagian dari model keberhasilan DeLone McLean belum terpenuhi untuk menilai kesuksesan pada aplikasi Gojek. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari 1 hipotesis yang tidak diterima dan 6 hipotesis yang diterima. Dari hasil penelitian menggunakan metode DeLone &McLean ini diharapkan pengembang Gojek lebih memperhatikan pada penerapan atau implementasi dari keenam indikator pada DeLone &McLean.

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness, advantages, and disadvantages of using digital platform in learning assessment. The digital platform discussed in this study is Eduprime, a digital platform that is engaged in assessment. This research uses the mixed method. Data retrieval is done by interview techniques, student questionnaires, and documentation using google forms. The instruments used were interview sheets and student questionnaires. The sample of this research is the principal, homeroom teacher, and teacher of SMA Mandiri Balaraja, as many as 7 respondents, and grade 11 th and 12 th students of SMA Mandiri Balaraja, totaling 131 respondents. Based on the results of the study, some students stated that the use of digital platforms in the evaluation of learning gave a positive response. This is evidenced by the average percentage of 71.36% in the good category. Meanwhile, the principal, homeroom teachers, and teachers said that the use of the digital platform (Eduprime) was practical, also said some advantages, disadvantages, and suggestions for learning assessment activities.
