Analisis Kepuasan Pengguna Pijar Sekolah SMK Kesuma Bangsa Dengan EUCS Dan TAM

Abstract

With the help of Pijar Sekolah, educational institutions can create interesting and fun digital curricula. Interactive Digital Books are one of the thousands of digital resources available at Pijar Sekolah, Digital Books, Learning Videos, and Virtual Laboratories that can be used by all students to support learning at school. PLS is a classification of SEM transformation modeling methods, and SEM analysis is a combination of regression analysis, factor analysis and path analysis. The margin of error for this research is 95%. To determine satisfaction with the Pijar Sekolah Application using the Technology Acceptance Model TAM and End User Computing Satisfaction EUCS. The population of this study were Pijar Sekolah users, sampling used the Slovin Formula, data analysis using SmartPLS version 3.2.9 with PLS-SEM. As a result, of the seven approved hypotheses, two hypotheses were accepted and the other five were rejected. So the factors that influence user satisfaction are ease of use and format. The results of this research show a picture of user satisfaction with the Pijar Sekolah system. For future researchers, they can carry out a development model by adding variables for user satisfaction, namely the perception of enjoyment variable, namely to find out how comfortable the user is when using the system.
