The use of plastics in daily life continues to increase in a variety of uses. One of the most commonly used plastic that is difficult to decompose is Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) plastic. In recent years, such as the construction industry, has been trying to reuse the waste as construction material. Therefore, this research aims to contribute by exploring the effect of PET plastic fiber substitution as fine aggregate on the flexural strength of concrete. PET plastic fibers were used at 0.8% as partial replacement of fine aggregates and then chopped to a size of 5 cm long, 1-3 mm wide. The test results indicate that concrete containing 0.8% PET plastic fiber as a substitution of fine aggregate has a higher flexural strength value of 4.32% which is better than normal concrete. Therefore, using recycled PET fiber in concrete is needed as an eco-friendly and sustainable construction material in the future in order to minimize PET plastic waste and replace it as a concrete constituent material.

Infrastructure projects, such as greenhouse construction, are necessary for economic growth. Effective project control is essential, especially in managing budgets and ensuring timely completion. The Earned Value (EVM) method is used in construction project control because it integrates costs, time, and work progress. This allows for the identification of potential cost and time overruns. Data on expenditures and project-related documentation are gathered for analysis. Work plans and project schedules determine the value of work yet to be completed. The research findings up to the 10th month indicate that the projected total cost for completing the project is IDR 10,773,835,000. This leaves 8% of the total budgeted value as the remaining project budget. According to the data reported in the 11th month, the projected project completion time is 334 days. This is approximately 304 days ahead of the planned schedule. In summary, the EVM method is a valuable tool for project control in the construction industry. It can help to identify potential cost and time overruns and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The rehabilitation of the D.I Sumber Nangka Irrigation Network takes 180 days or about 6 months to implement, with a budget of Rp. 4,077,964,693. In this study, the authors will analyze the data using the Earned Value method. Therefore, there is no shortage of research on the basic components of project work costs and the realization of completion of work in the field is not too late. The purpose of this research is to calculate the cost of BCWS, BCWP, and ACWP. The results of the D.I Sumber Nangka Irrigation Network Rehabilitation study, Kec. Ledokombo was completed in the 24th week with a total cost of Rp. 4,077,964,693. in the 1st week to the 24th week the fee used is Rp. 3,702,175,554.
