The realization of sustainable development is the responsibility of every construction element to carry out the prevention of development activities that have the potential to damage and cause environmental problems. Alignment of the ongoing construction project with the maintenance of environmental balance can be carried out through environmental management and monitoring in construction site. One of them, through an assessment and evaluation related to the implementation of sustainable construction, is one of the efforts that can be made to prevent environmental damage due to construction activities. The guideline or measuring tool is the Green Construction Site Index (GCSI) to evaluate six building construction which are grouped into two categories (residential and non-residential buildings). A quantitative measuring instrument to measure five elements consisting of waste minimization, sustainable green construction, resource management, understanding of construction waste and environmental performance on construction as parameters in the implementation of construction activities. The average values obtained from the two categories of buildings based on five elements respectively are 4.11, 3.94, 4.27, 3.85, and 4.20.

Keterlambatan proyek memiliki dampak yaitu terjadinya pemborosan waktu dan biaya serta dapat dianggap melanggar kontrak yang telah disepakati sehingga mengurangi kepercayaan oleh pemberi proyek kepada kontraktor/pemborong. Artikel ini memberikan gambaran faktor-faktor yang secara dominan menjadi penyebab kemungkinan terjadinya keterlambatan proyek pembangunan Gedung Puskesmas Onanganjang di Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan. Tujuan dari analisis ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran penyebab terjadinya keterlambatan dan opsi-opsi yang dapat diambil untuk mencegahnya. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk melihat faktor-faktor tersebut adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan studi literatur ditemukan 10 faktor-faktor dominan sebagai penyebab keterlambatan proyek konstruksi. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat 3 penyebab dominan keterlambatan proyek yaitu (1) Kondisi Cuaca, (2) Kurang Perencanaan, dan (3) Keterlambatan Pembayaran. Adapun kondisi cuaca menjadi faktor dengan signifikasi tertinggi berdasarkan uji t yaitu sebesar 4.688, diikuti kurang perencanaan sebesar 4.227 dan pembayaran terlambat sebesar 3.420 dengan ttabel (0.05) = 2.042.

This study delineates a systematic review of literature focusing on the opportunities and challenges associated with implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in construction companies in Indonesia. Through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this article evaluates and analyzes several related studies published within the last five years (2019-2023). This method allows the identification and synthesis of data from various sources such as academic journals, related publications, and databases, which are then analyzed to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges related to ERP implementation within the context of the construction industry in Indonesia. The findings from this literature review reveal a variety of benefits obtained by construction companies after adopting ERP systems, including improved operational efficiency, better resource management, and enhanced strategic decision-making. However, challenges also emerge, including issues related to adapting to change, integration with existing systems, as well as significant implementation costs and time. This analysis provides deep insights into the ERP implementation in the construction industry in Indonesia, providing a foundation for better understanding and further development in facing challenges and leveraging available opportunities.
