Analisis Minat UMK Terhadap Sertifikasi Halal di Pulau Madura

Abstract

Aim of this study was to measure the literacy level of SMEs in the culinary field regarding the importance of having a halal certificate on Madura Island and to see its effect on the attitude and interest of business actors to have a halal certificate. The type of data used is primary data is quantitative. Primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to SMEs engaged in the food and beverage sector located in Sampang, Bangkalan, Pamekasan and Sumenep. The sample is determined intentionally (convenience sampling). Respondents amounted to 100 respondents. The results showed that the literacy skills of SMEs actors regarding halal certificates had a positive and significant effect on the interest of SMEs actors to have halal certificates for culinary products, the literacy skills of SMEs actors regarding halal certificates had a positive and significant effect on the attitudes of SMEs actors to have halal certificates for culinary products, the attitude of the perpetrators The SMEs on halal certificates does not have a significant effect on the interest of SMEs actors to have halal certificates for culinary products, the attitude of SMEs actors does not play a role in mediating the influence of the literacy level of SMEs actors in the culinary field on the interest of SMEs actors on Madura Island towards ownership of halal certificates.
