Measuring working time is an attempt to determine the length of working time required by a trained employee to complete a job at a normal speed level. To increase work efficiency for employees, both time and energy, research was carried out to determine time Standard ds, time allowances and output Standard ds for the company, so that the production process runs better. In this research, the time for each process will be measured with a stopwatch, which will then be used to calculate cross-production balance.
