Abstract:The development of information technology has had a very good impact, especially for Islamic banks. The purpose of this study is to see how customers perceive BSI Mobile usage services at BSI KCP Lampriet and find out their views on the marketing strategy undertaken to provide BSI Mobile Services at BSI KCP Lampriet.
