Knowledge of occupational safety and health is very important for every job, but in practice there are still violations of OHS committed by Repairman such as not using personal protective equipment which is a mandatory requirement to carry out when doing work. By not implementing the OHS program in the workshop, it will have a negative impact in the form of increased incidence of work accidents and occupational diseases. Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOPS) is an attempt to identify the hazards of a process if it deviates from what it should be, hazops is a very systematic, thorough, and complete technique. Based on the results of preliminary studies that have been carried out, it is found that Griya Motor 168 City Market South Tangerang has 6 workers, all workers do not use personal protective equipment, for this reason researchers are interested in examining risks using the HAZOPS method . The general purpose of this research is to analyze occupational safety and health risks using the Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOPS) method at the Griya Motor 168 Pondok Cabe Workshop in South Tangerang. This research is a qualitative research. The techniques used in data collection are field observations and interviews. Data analysis begins with identifying Occupational Safety and Health risks by determining study points (nodes), deviations, causes, consequences and actions. Based on the results of the study, 8 potential hazards were obtained with 2 high categories, 4 medium categories, and 2 low categories. With this research, it is hoped that the company will improve safety for workers to reduce the risk of work accidents, for PPE, it should be emphasized and controlled because there are still workers who are negligent in using PPE

“…Prosedur Penilaian yang dipergunakan dalam pengaplikasian metode JSA adalah melakukan proses perekapan segala faktor kemungkinan insiden bahaya yang sangat memungkinkan beresiko menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja kemudian mengusulkan terobosan pengendalian alternatif sesuai dengan standarisasi dari K3 yang berlaku ( Ikhsan, 2022). Pengapikasian dari metode JSA memiliki berbagai keuntungan maupun manfaat serta adanya keunggulan tersendiri seperti misalnya bagaimana menyusun standar metode kerja yang tepat, strategi apa yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dari karyawan saat melakukan pekerjaan, merancang dan mengidentifikasi APD yang dibutuhkan selama bekerja, melakukan proses peninjuan yang diperuntukan karyawan di awal setiap aktivitas kerja yang akan dilakukan (Abidin & Mahbubah, 2021) Dalam penelitian ini , Rujukan literatur terdahulu yang menjadi referensi berasal dari hasil penelitian (Efvandi et al, 2022) yang melakukan penelitian di salah satu bengkel perbaikan kendaraan bermotor mengemukakan bahwa Dari beberapa tahapan pekerjaan yang berupa perawatan suku cadang motor , jasa servis radiator, serta penggantian oli dan pelumas mesin kendaraan ditemukan penerapan pemakaian APD yang menjadi faktor utama dalam pencegahaan dalam meminimalisir terjadinya penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Lalu (Yulianto, 2022) yang obyek penelitiannya dilakukakan pada perusahaan yang meproduksi Outomotive spare-part menekankan bahwa pengendalian metode produksi kerja , perbaikan peralatan dan mesin kerja, Serta Implementasi dalam penerapan SOP dan pemasangan rambu peringatan yang menjadi faktor berpengaruh dalam mengurangi risiko terjadinya kejadian yang menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja.…”

DNP (Dinamika Nusantara Perkasa) is a business company involved in the field of distributor sales & Repair Services of industrial machinery. . The urgency in conducting research on this company is based on the results of observational activities on observed objects that during the process of activities in performing repair services workers are sometimes less vigilant and careful so that the work they do is at risk in the incidence of a number of accidents. In order to resolve the issues that arise,, conducted research actions aimed at minimizing the occurrence of accidents with the implementation of Job Safety Analysis. In this study was conducted using a semi-qualitative method with data analysis of occupational accident risk that resulted in the conclusion of occupational accident risk at low risk level occurred in the activities of machine component replacement, medium risk accident level in the activities of the installation of knife components and lubricant, high risk level in the activities of material removal , repair of components with welding machines, repair installation of control panels and electric motors. Suggestions intended for the company are expected to require the company to provide personal protective equipment facilities and first aid kit when there are injured workers and the need for the company to emphasize the application of work accident control efforts to workers to minimize the risk of work accidents.

PT XYZ is a company engaged in the textile sector with one of its products being grey cloth which is stored in the grey 2 warehouse before being released. In the course of their activities, even though they have implemented Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), workers are still found to be negligent which has the potential to cause work accidents. For this reason, it is necessary to identify the hazards of each job in the grey 2 warehouse using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method. The purpose of this study is to determine the potential hazards that exist in each job and determine recommendations for their control. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that from all the work carried out in the grey weaving 2 warehouse, there were 18 identified potential hazards. Control recommendations that can be carried out by the company are to use complete Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), focus or not joke when working, ensure the condition of work tools before use, ensure that the path to be passed is safe, put work tools in the right place, arrange cloth tightly, and maintain a safe distance from work tools. Advice that can be given to companies is to provide education about hazards and control recommendations for each job, provide reward to workers, and form an OHS team.
