Analisis Preferensi Konsumsi Ikan Menghadapi Natal 2015 Dan Tahun Baru 2016

Abstract: ABSTRAKPemenuhan konsumsi pangan termasuk ikan perlu dilakukan terutama untuk mencukupi kebutuhan protein hewani termasuk pada saat hari-hari besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji preferensi konsumen terhadap ikan menjelang hari natal dan tahun baru.
