Abstract: Puskesmas merupakan fasilitas kesehatan yang memiliki tugas utama dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan preventif dan promotif. Pelayanan yang berkualitas akan berpengaruh pada peningkatan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
