Abstract: This study aims to analyze the trend of food and beverage consumption expenditure in Aceh Province. This study used secondary data, namely time series data using the least square trend analysis method. The results of this study show that food and beverage consumption expenditures in Aceh Province for 2023 are experiencing an increasing trend.
