Abstract:This chapter presents a novel telescopic operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) using the bulk-driven MOS technique. This circuit is optimized for ultra-low power applications such as biomedical devices. The proposed the bulk-driven fully differential telescopic OTA with very low threshold voltages is designed under ±0.9V supply voltage. Thanks to the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, the circuit achieves high performances. The OTA simulation results present a DC gain of 63.6dB, a GBW of 2.8MH… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
