Abstract: En réponse à un contexte à la fois complexe et fragile marqué par une volonté d’amélioration de la qualité des soins et de maîtrise des dépenses de santé, les SI sont appréhendés comme l’un des socles essentiels de la refonte organisationnelle actuelle du système de santé.
