Analysing enterprise resources for developing CRM framework in higher education institutions

Abstract: PurposeMost Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) have silos of distributed processes, which adds to the confusion and conflict concerning the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), desires, expectation and needs (DEN).
