Abstract:Multiview wavelets based on voxel patterns of autostereoscopic multiview three-dimensional (3D) displays are proposed. Direct and inverse continuous wavelet transforms of binary and grayscale multiview images were performed. With modified wavelet coefficients, 3D images with the changed parallax and depth were obtained. Multiview images were displayed using lenticular plates. The visual picture confirms the correctness of all synthesized images. The results can be applied to various types of autostereoscopic 3… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
