Analysis of a model to control the co-dynamics of Chlamydia and Gonorrhea using Caputo fractional derivative

Udoka Benedict ODİONYENMA,
Nometa IKENNA,
Bolarinwa BOLAJİ

Abstract: This paper investigates a fractional derivative model of Chlamydia-Gonorrhea co-infection using Caputo derivative definition. The positivity boundedness of the model is established using Laplace transform. Additionally, we investigated the existence and uniqueness of the model using methods established by some fixed point theorems. We concluded that the model is Ulam-Hyers-Rassias stable. Furthermore, we obtained plots of the model at different fractional derivative orders, which show the significant role play… Show more

“…Groundbreaking research has been published by numerous esteemed researchers, delving into the exploration of various model types, such as: SIR epidemic models [24,25], the discrete-time prey-predator model [26], and the memristor system [27]. Several infectious disease models have been investigated by researchers by using different approaches, which are available in the literature, such as [28][29][30][31][32].…”

“…This leads to the recent studies on the analysis and local bifurcation of the SIR model or prey-predator model such as [9][10][11]. Mathematical modeling of disease is continuously in existence, the recent coronavirus disease pandemic attracted a lot of researchers to write thousands of papers on the transmission dynamics of the disease among are [12][13][14][15]. Many mathematical models have been proposed in the literature to study HBV dynamics.…”
