Analysis of a State Police Academy Menu Cycle for Dietary Quality and Performance Nutrition Adequacy

Abstract: Law enforcement officers have high rates of overweight and obesity. With diet as a leading risk factor, training academies present an opportunity for early-career nutrition intervention.
