Analysis of aroma compounds of nine autochthonous and non-autochthonous loquat cultivars grown in Sicily

Abstract: Loquat cultivation in Sicily is mainly based on nonnative cultivars and local ecotypes characterized by high nutraceutical value and appreciable physicochemical characteristics.
