Abstract:To predict outcome to combination bevacizumab (BVZ) therapy, we employed cell-free DNA (cfDNA) to determine chromosomal instability (CIN), nucleosome footprints (NF) and methylation profiles in metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) patients.
