Abstract:Congonhas Airport, located in São Paulo/SP, is the second busiest airport in Brazil, with an average of approximately 1000 movements/day, and an allocation capacity of more than 3000 passengers (passenger/hour). This high flow was triggered by globalization which, in turn, increased the need for more effective control and planning with air traffic.
